Return & Exchange Policy:

We offer full refunds for all regular-priced items returned within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please use our returns portal. Returns not processed through our portal will not be accepted. Ensure all returns include the pre-paid return label provided with your return approval.

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a flat rate of $8 for a shipping/handling fee later .
Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies. Please note that some items may be subject to up to a 3% restocking fee.

Eligibility Guidelines:

- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

- Exchange's must be postmarked within 12 days of the delivery date to qualify .

-Returns postmarked between 8-14 days from the delivery date will be eligible for store credit only.

- All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, washing, makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage.
- All items in our SALE section or marked /reduced ON SALE 30% OR GREATER are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
