Return Policy:

We offer full refunds for all regular-priced items returned within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please use our returns portal. Returns not processed through our portal will not be accepted. Ensure all returns include the pre-paid return label provided with your return approval. A $10 flat-rate fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label cost. Please note that some items may be subject to up to a 3% restocking fee.

Eligibility Guidelines:

- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
- Returns postmarked between 8-14 days from the delivery date will be eligible for store credit only.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, washing, makeup residue, stains, perfume, rips, alterations, missing buttons, or any other damage.
- All items marked as ON SALE 30% OR GREATER are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
