Returns & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges – we will only accept returns or exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your purchase. Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if its unwashed, unstained or scented with original tags. All returns must receive return merchandise authorization by reaching out to info@profile-nyc.com.
**We will credit to your original form of payment after we receive merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept in person returns to our return address, only mail returns. Buyer has to cover shipping charges. All sale items are final sale .
